Tools ship within 2 business days. Handmade furniture is built to order and typically leaves the workshop in 3–4 weeks; we confirm your date before you pay.

Yes. Any order packing into six or more cartons ships free, anywhere we deliver. Smaller orders use flat-rate shipping shown at checkout.

Unused tools can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Made-to-order furniture can be returned if it arrives damaged or differs from the agreed design; custom sizes are otherwise final sale.

Mostly teak, acacia and pine from traceable mills, kiln-dried and rested in our own store before milling. Every listing names the exact timber used.

Happily. Send your dimensions through the contact page and we will reply with a drawing, a timber choice and a fixed quote within three working days.

Wipe with a dry cloth, re-oil once a year with the balm we include, and keep pieces out of standing water and direct radiator heat. It will outlive us all.
